In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers and Hosts cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates.
Event Changes
The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers and Hosts reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if the event is cancelled. Should the event not be held for any reason, our liability is limited to the event fee only.
Cancellation
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, please notify us in writing.
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office. Cancellations received before Monday, 27 August 2012 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. The accommodation deposit (equivalent to one night's accommodation at the conference rate) will be forfeited for all cancellations received after Monday, 27 August 2012 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival. The relevant hotel cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply and the cost will be borne by the delegate. The Conference Office cannot accept new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Monday, 27 August 2012.
Privacy Policy
In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only). Details may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers (for the purpose of room bookings and conference options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and to inform you via email of future IMWA conferences. You have the option to remove yourself from this list, while completing the registration form or by emailing the conference organisers (ICMS).
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
